What is a corduroy bag?
A bag made from corduroy, a ribbed fabric with a soft, raised texture. Ours is bought from Indian mills and every bag is handcrafted in India.
Which colours does the corduroy range come in?
Olive, Black and Amber, across the City Tote, crossbody bags, fanny packs, laptop sleeves, essentials kits, organiser pouches and coin purses.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I exchange my bag?
Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
