Which sling bag is best for daily use?
Pick by what you carry each day. The Denim Groove Sling has a main zip pocket, an inside sleeve and a hidden back zip pocket. The cotton canvas Crossbody Purse and the corduroy crossbody bags have a zipped main section, an inside pocket and a back pocket. Every one has an adjustable strap, so you can wear it across the body and keep your hands free.
What is the difference between a sling bag and a crossbody bag?
Very little. Both names are used for a bag on one long strap worn across the body. In our range the Groove Sling is the denim version, and the Crossbody Purse and Crossbody Bag come in cotton canvas and corduroy.
How do I wear a sling bag?
Adjust the strap so the bag sits at your hip or across your chest, and wear it crossbody to keep your hands free. Keep cards and keys in the back pocket, which sits against your body.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I exchange my bag?
Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
