Is a canvas bag good for daily use?

Yes. Our cotton canvas range covers backpacks, totes, crossbody purses, work bags, duffles, laptop sleeves, pouches and yoga mat bags. The canvas is bought from Indian mills and every bag is handcrafted in India.

Which colours does the canvas range come in?

Blush, Blue, Latte and Olive. Every canvas bag comes in all four.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Do you ship outside India?

Shipping outside India? Write to hello@urbankind.in.

Can I exchange my bag?

Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
