Cancellation Policy
Because we all change our minds sometimes.
We accept cancellations only before your order is shipped.
If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, simply email us at hello@urbankind.in with your order number and request.
Once approved, we’ll cancel the order and process your refund within 3–4 business days.
What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it.
You can still initiate an exchange once the order is delivered (as per our Exchange Policy).
Are There Any Cancellation Charges?
No cancellation charges if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
However, if you cancel after the item is ready for dispatch, we may deduct applicable shipping fees.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is initiated. Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
