Exchange & Refund Policy
Need to Exchange Something?
At UrbanKind, we believe in mindful choices. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds, except in the rare case of damaged or defective products. Instead, we’re happy to offer a replacement or help you find something better suited.
What’s Eligible for Exchange?
- Bags and accessories (unused, unwashed, in original condition)
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Tags must be intact, and product must be returned in its original packaging
What’s Not Eligible?
We currently do not accept exchanges for:
- Freebies or promotional items
- Products returned in used or damaged condition
- Custom or personalized products (if introduced in future)
In Case of a Damaged Item
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
How to Request an Exchange or Report a Damaged Product
- Email us at hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos of the product and a short explanation of your issue
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
- Our team will arrange for a pickup, and once the item passes our quality check, your replacement will be shipped.
Note: Replacements are subject to product availability. If unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or receive a credit voucher for future use.
Important Notes:
- Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted
- Exchanges and replacements are processed only after quality verification
- We reserve the right to decline requests if the item doesn’t meet our return standards
