Unboxing Video Policy

We believe in transparency - for both sides.

To help us resolve any issues with your order quickly and fairly, we kindly ask that you record a short video while unboxing your package. This helps us verify claims of missing or damaged items and ensure a smooth exchange experience.

How to Record the Right Unboxing Video
  1. Start Before You Open Anything
    Begin recording before opening the package. Please ensure the outer package and shipping label are clearly visible at the start.
  2. Show All Angles
    Capture the full 360° view of the package so we can assess its condition from all sides.
  3. Open Slowly, Clearly
    Unbox slowly and show each item as you take it out. Make sure the video captures everything included in your order.
  4. Highlight Any Issues
    If there’s damage, a missing item, or something off—please show it clearly in the same video. A still photo is helpful but must be accompanied by the video.
  5. Keep the Video Safe
    Please retain the video until your issue is fully resolved. It may be requested as part of our verification process.
Please Note:
  1. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
  2. The video should be uncut and unedited, from start to finish.
