Our cotton canvas Loop Tote has an open main space, a slip pocket inside and wide loop handles, so it suits light office days and errands. If you carry a laptop to work, choose the denim Stroll City Bag or the corduroy City Tote: both have a padded laptop sleeve, an inner zip pocket, a bottle holder and two outer front pockets.

What is a tote bag?

A roomy bag with two handles that you carry in your hand or on your shoulder. Ours come in cotton canvas, denim and corduroy, handcrafted in India.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I exchange my bag?

Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
