Is a messenger bag good for office?
Yes. The cotton canvas Daily Work Bag has a main zip compartment, a laptop section, inside pockets and an outer zip pocket, with two handles and a detachable long strap. The Denim Laptop Bag has a padded laptop sleeve, an inside pocket and an outer pocket, with a top handle and a shoulder strap.
What is the difference between a messenger bag and a laptop bag?
A messenger bag is worn on a long strap across the body or on the shoulder. A laptop bag is any bag with a protected space for a laptop. Ours are both: each has a laptop section and a long strap, and you can also carry it by the handles.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I exchange my bag?
Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
