What is the difference between a fanny pack and a waist bag?
There is none. Fanny pack, waist bag and belt bag are names for the same small bag worn on a strap at the waist. Ours have an adjustable strap, so you can also wear them across your chest like a sling.
How do I wear a fanny pack?
Wear it round your waist with the pocket at the front or side, or adjust the strap and wear it across your chest. Keep cards and keys in the back pocket, which sits against your body.
What can I carry in a fanny pack?
Keys, cards, earphones and lip balm: the small things you want close at hand. Each one has a main zip pocket and a back pocket.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across India in 10 to 14 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid at checkout, and we do not offer cash on delivery.

Can I exchange my bag?
Yes. You can ask for an exchange within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Freebies and promotional items cannot be exchanged. To start, email hello@urbankind.in with your order number, clear photos and a short note. If your bag arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra charge. We do not offer refunds, except for damaged or defective products.
