At UrbanKind, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship and long-lasting materials. Every product goes through a careful quality check before it reaches you—but in the rare case something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
Warranty Coverage
All UrbanKind products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Stitching or bonding issues
- Hardware failure (zippers, fasteners)
- Material faults under normal use
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to:
- General wear and tear (including fading or fraying over time)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental drops
- Exposure to harsh cleaning agents, water, or solvents
- Modified or repaired products
- Transit damage after successful delivery
- Cosmetic damage from everyday use
We also reserve the right to refuse warranty claims we believe to be fraudulent or intentionally damaged.
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, here’s what to do:
- Email us at hello@urbankind.in with Your order number, Clear images or a short video showing the issue and A brief description of the problem
- Our team will get back to you within 2–3 working days with next steps.
If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or a repair, depending on the nature of the issue and availability.
Note:
- Warranty claims are valid only for purchases made on urbankind.in
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required for all claims
- Replacement timelines may vary depending on stock availability
