At UrbanKind, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship and long-lasting materials. Every product goes through a careful quality check before it reaches you—but in the rare case something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

All UrbanKind products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  1. Manufacturing defects
  2. Stitching or bonding issues
  3. Hardware failure (zippers, fasteners)
  4. Material faults under normal use
What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  1. General wear and tear (including fading or fraying over time)
  2. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental drops
  3. Exposure to harsh cleaning agents, water, or solvents
  4. Modified or repaired products
  5. Transit damage after successful delivery
  6. Cosmetic damage from everyday use

We also reserve the right to refuse warranty claims we believe to be fraudulent or intentionally damaged.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at hello@urbankind.in with Your order number, Clear images or a short video showing the issue and A brief description of the problem
  2. Our team will get back to you within 2–3 working days with next steps.

If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or a repair, depending on the nature of the issue and availability.

Note:

  1. Warranty claims are valid only for purchases made on urbankind.in
  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required for all claims
  3. Replacement timelines may vary depending on stock availability
